| monitor the status and implementation of regulations related to international legal assistance and preparation of decisions |
| provide information and opinions in the field of international legal assistance |
| monitor the implementation of regulations and international agreements and indicates the need for legislative regulation of particular issues of international legal assistance and cooperation with international courts and organizations |
| monitors the EU regulations and their compliance with local regulations |
| performs study-analytical and informative activities in the field of mutual legal assistance and international cooperation |
| Participates in drafting laws and other regulations, the conclusion of bilateral international agreements and accession to international conventions and multilateral agreements. |
