The Department for Drafting Projects in the Judicial and Public Administration Areas is responsible for:
- Monitoring the implementation of European integration programs in the judicial and public administration areas;
- Planning the drafting of project proposals in the judicial and public administration areas, and related project documentation in the appropriate format, in line with the procedures;
- Organization of planning and securing necessary national co-financing for projects in the area of judiciary and public administration; organizing and drafting reports on the process of programming/planning in the judicial and public administration areas, and, if needed, participating in the work of relevant monitoring boards;
- Overseeing the implementation of rules and principles necessary for the establishment, functioning, and sustainability of a decentralized system for the management of the EU funds in accordance with the procedures, and any other activities within the purview of the Department.
